The Old Coppermill, London SW17

The Old Coppermill is one of the last remaining, locally listed buildings in the heart of Wimbledon. Currently being used as commercial offices, the building would benefit from a number of alternative uses including conversion from office to residential use class, to create 23 stunning new loft-style living apartments.

Wimbledon’s iconic Coppermill which was formerly a toll house has been around for the past 100 years, with decades of history behind it.
