Purespace Group is a traditional family office that has been dealing with property related activities for over 20 years. Our primary role is investment lead asset management. However through a team of dedicated highly skilled professionals, we continue to deliver in all property related sectors. Planning
At Purespace Group, we have a long history of identifying land and property with the potential for improvement through strategic planning. Alongside our in-house team of dedicated individuals, we selectively employ the very best in an array of consultants suitable in helping deliver our planning objectives.
We employ the services of CGI artists, interior designers, landscape architects and specialist manufacturers to create projects rich in detail and interest.
Development
We acquire prime residential and commercial land sites including existing properties, with significant potential for redevelopment. We focus on enhancing value to our development opportunities through strategic planning, refurbishment or development followed by in-house asset management. With our extensive range of services and wealth of experience, we successfully guide through property development from start to finish.

Management
Our tailored asset management systems are designed to facilitate the ever growing residential and commercial rental market. We have delivered this sector to a team of highly skilled individuals dedicated to maintaining a high quality level of service for ourselves and our clients.
Our services in property management extends to private and commercial individuals, corporate PLC's and property landlords.

Investment
We are continuously investigating opportunities for investments and aim to increase equity holding within the group. Acquisitions currently include residential, commercial office blocks, retail shops, industrial buildings, work/live units, commercial car parks and commercial garages.
Our residential investment team is fully onboard with the office, retail and industrial teams to deliver a truly informed approach to management of our portfolio.
Whilst we cover Greater London, we focus on prime South London for investment opportunities, specialising in high end residential asset investment schemes, including those of mixed use.
Lettings
A large and integral part of our core business is lettings. We actively let and manage not only our own in-house diverse property portfolio but also successfully let and manage properties for countless Landlords, both domestic and international.

Sales
Purespace Group will be expanding to incorporate a new Sales division. We will be responsible for sales within Battersea and beyond to cover all of south London, working alongside other key major London-based agencies.
Design
We collaborate with interior designers to commission unique pieces of furniture for a number of projects. These includes Polish-based urban concrete specialist manufacturers, bespoke London-based furniture makers, bespoke glass suppliers as well as specialist stone masons.
