Purespace Group is a London based property investment and development company that specialise in asset management and development of residential, commercial and retail property.

Established in the 1990's, Purespace Group is an independent family office based in the fashionable heart of south London. We manage a diverse property portfolio ranging from high end residential, office blocks, retail shops, industrial buildings, commercial car parks and garages. Our portfolio expands across all well connected regions of South London which include Fulham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham, Tooting, Wimbledon, Streatham, Camberwell, Peckham, Deptford, Tulse Hill, Thornton Heath and Croydon.

Our development projects are located in some of the capital’s most hip and trendy locations, which is a testament to identifying opportunities by being in the right place at the right time. Our project pipeline is currently focussed on delivery of mixed use projects, keeping within our South London catchment. All developments that we embark on are undertaken with a view to expansion for our own internal investment group portfolio. 

At Purespace Group, we typically acquire prime residential and commercial sites for redevelopment with a long-term strategy of maintaining management through our investment subsidiary.

We work closely with strategic stakeholders, Local Authorities and the GLA in obtaining the very best and balanced planning outcomes for all current and future projects.
