Contractors
Our contractors have been informed to limit working timetables, this means mid-term property inspections have been cancelled until further notice. Additionally, all non-essential property visits have been suspended for the meantime.

Viewings
Purespace Group has now adopted e-viewings which means we will no longer be bringing prospective tenants into the premise, apart from a member of our staff who will host a video viewing. Prospective tenants will be sent a live web link.

General
If our employees are required to attend a property at any point during this period of uncertainty, we would kindly ask that you inform us prior to the visit if you or any other tenant in your property feels unwell or shows any of the symptoms listed on the NHS website (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/).

Our employees may ask to leave lights on and internal doors open to minimise contact with any surfaces. In trying to mitigate and manage the health and safety of you and your families, our employees have been briefed on new procedures such as not shaking hands and asking contractors/office visitors to wash their hands upon arrival.
